Abstract

The article proposes the implementation of active breaks in the IT classroom, which will help counteract the negative effects that students can have during the school day, not only favoring the physical and mental well-being of students, but also improving their performance. Academic, reducing classroom clutter and increasing student attention. For the implementation of active breaks, careful planning is recommended, taking into account the recommended duration and frequency, with activities such as brain gymnastics exercises, relaxation exercises and exercises to avoid visual fatigue, which must be brief and appropriate to the environment of the work computer classroom.
