University autonomy in the colombian Constitution of 1991
Keywords:
university, autonomyAbstract
Colombian constitution of 1991 sanctions the university autonomy and this one is retaken in the law 30 of 1992. The autonomy gives to the university the right to regulate their own rules, asign the academic and administrative authorities, to create and develop academic programs, organize scientific and cultural journeys, to select teachers and students and to judge and apply its resources. To illustrate the concepts of autonomy and its history a temporal tour is made to the universities and the social contexts in which they are formed.
