Abstract

Related to its intellectual development, three ages in the humanity are distinguished: the speaking, writing, and reading ones. The last in which the university arises when in the west discontinued and whispered reading is prevailed. On relation to the conception of the university as proper university in the reading age, the german research seminar is vindicated and the permanent education.
